Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our Lawrence, MA office. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service delivery, and long-term relationship development.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, organized, and driven to maintain high standards of service while supporting account growth and retention.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Prepare account reports and provide updates to management
