Job Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to define and execute short- and long-term commercial excellence objectives
  • Lead and optimize commercial operations and enablement processes for improved effectiveness and scalability

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience using CRM and reporting tools
  • Strong background in sales operations for a large sales-focused organization
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to drive change
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital transformation
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in driving adoption with distributed selling teams
