What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Python, and Excel
  • Oversee weekly/monthly performance reporting across accounts, products, and sales teams
  • Track sales pipeline trends, win/loss analytics, and conversion rates
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis on underperformance or anomalies
  • Serve as the analytics partner for Sales Leadership, Strategic Accounts, and Finance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Finance, or BI/Analytics
  • Experience supporting commercial/sales teams in a complex or multi‑region environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and complex formulas
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
  • Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with SQL or other data extraction/querying
  • CRM reporting experience, particularly with Salesforce or Dynamics
  • Strong commercial acumen and profitability analysis proficiency
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Clear communication skills, especially for executive‑level audiences
