Salary is based on experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. For this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:

• Oversee billing and invoicing processes
• Validate data and ensure accuracy across systems
• Monitor compliance and support regulatory requirements
• Provide operational support for field teams

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smart Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support
• Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus
