Project Manager, Change Management, Operations Management

We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to join the team of our exceptional client. This role supports a large-scale CRM transformation initiative and is responsible for leading the business-side planning and execution of multiple work streams within a broader organizational modernization effort.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience coordinating cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive successful business launches, operational readiness activities, and stakeholder alignment. This role will initially focus on membership-related initiatives while also providing support across additional customer-facing business functions.

As a Project Manager
, you will:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple business work streams within a CRM transformation program
• Manage key initiatives supporting membership operations, customer engagement, and related business functions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Gather business requirements and help translate business objectives into actionable project plans
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks while proactively developing mitigation strategies
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution readiness
• Drive launch readiness and operational readiness activities to support successful program implementation
• Help define and establish operational processes required to support new programs, services, and organizational initiatives
• Monitor project progress and provide clear, timely status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership
• Ensure project deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of project management, program management, or business operations experience
• Proven experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and work streams
• Strong ability to manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communications in fast-paced environments
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting business decision-making processes
• Experience supporting launches, operational readiness activities, organizational rollouts, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools

• Experience supporting CRM transformation or modernization initiatives
• Experience managing customer-facing programs or operational process improvements
• Familiarity with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting organizational change management and adoption efforts
