Join a leading luxury residential builder with a 25+ year track record of award-winning custom homes and renovations. We’re looking for a Project Development Manager to lead clients through the design and preconstruction process—from initial sales meetings to permitted, budgeted projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct client meetings and manage the full preconstruction process
- Build and lead project-specific design teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, photographing, documentation and contracts
- Maintain strong client and architect relationships
- Support business development through networking and referrals
- 10+ years in high-end residential выдержconstruction, with 5+ years in sales or project management
- Design-savvy with strong technical construction knowledge
- Proficient in construction software, estimating, and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
