What you'll be doing- Lead multiple complex projects from preconstruction through completion
- Take ownership of project financials, schedules, staffing, and client satisfaction
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Partner with field leadership to successfully deliver challenging projects
Build long-term client relationships and help drive repeat business - Play an active role in strategic planning and project pursuits
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent financial management and client-facing skills
- Experience across healthcare, life sciences, commercial, multifamily, institutional, higher education, or similar project types
