Key Responsibilities- Own overall project direction, budget, schedule, and financial outcome for assigned heavy civil projects
- Manage owner and subcontractor relationships, including negotiations, change orders, and claims
- Direct, mentor, and hold accountable on-site superintendents, engineers, and project staff
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and materials/logistics planning
- Monitor project cost and productivity reporting, identifying and correcting variances early
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality control across all work fronts
- Represent the company in client meetings, progress reviews, and regulatory liaison
- 7+ years' experience managing large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects (bridge, rail, heavy highway, tunnel, marine, or similar) with a self-perform contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary site teams and manage complex owner/subcontractor relationships
- Strong command of project financials, scheduling, and risk/change management
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and heavy civil site safety practices
- Willingness to be based on active project sites across Massachusetts
- $150,000 – $240,000 base salary, depending on experience

- Strong benefits package and long-term career progression within a stable, established contractor
- The opportunity to shape delivery on some of the region's most significant infrastructure work.
