Oral Surgeon or Dentist

Job Overview

We are hiring an Oral Surgeon for 1–2 flexible days per month, easily coordinated around an existing practice or hospital schedule. General dentists with substantial oral surgery and exodontia experience who regularly perform complex extractions and third molars independently are also encouraged to apply.

• Perform third molar extractions and surgical extractions of other teeth as clinically appropriate.
• Conduct complex extractions and third molars independently.
• Collaborate with office teams to ensure compliant, patient‑centered care.

• DDS or DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program.
• Completion of a CODA‑accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• OR significant hands‑on experience performing advanced oral surgery procedures as a general dentist.
• Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility).

Structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.
