Position DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Open to 4 or 5 days a week, seeking full-time hygienists.
Key Responsibilities- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
- Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs
- Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
- Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment
- $50 $ 60 per hour, based on experience
