Position Details:
Patient Population: Diverse, including routine and emergency care
Setting: Community Health Centers, Hospitals, Schools, and Shelters
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive and continuing care; oversee and provide medical care; refer patients as needed; participate in quality audits and patient care improvement; maintain medical records; attend continuing education and seminars; provide leadership and training for quality improvement
Required Procedures: General family medicine procedures, including emergency treatment
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary team, including residents and other health professionals
Days Per Month: Full-time, with expected work at multiple sites
On-Call/Weekends: On-call duties as backup clinician
Bilingual/Multilingual: Required (English/Spanish)
Submission Requirements:
Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
Massachusetts Medical License (or eligibility)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Less than 1 year of experience (new grads welcome)
