Family Practitioner or Internist needed for Palliative Care position in large, private, not for profit regional hospital. Physician will be expected to work in the hospital providing direct care to adult non-surgical hospitalized patients, medical consultations, care coordination and discharge planning, and obtaining H&P exams, along with collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Physician will be educating staff and coworkers, consulting with attendings, participates in on-call coverage, and supervising the associated nurse practitioner.
