You’ll guide the educational, operational, financial, and cultural success of your center—creating a thriving environment where children, educators, and families grow together. Your daily duties include:
- Staff scheduling and team development
- Curriculum implementation and classroom supervision
- Health and safety compliance and licensing standards
- Financial performance and community engagement
- Clear communication and inspirational leadership
- Must pass required state and company background checks.
- Must hold Director Certification (DII qualification).
- 3‑10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management.
- Strong understanding of play‑based learning and social‑emotional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
Salary Range: $70,000‑$90,000 per year for Director Qualified Candidates & $52,500‑$67,549 per year for Assistant Director Candidates. ALL candidates must be MA EEC Director II Qualified.
Bonus: Annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
