• Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social‑emotional, and educational development.
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce social‑emotional skill development in the classroom.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
• Facilitate one-on‑one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill‑building.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
