• Run the front office and be a warm, organized first point of contact for students, families, and staff.
• Communicate with families in both Spanish and English, by phone, in person, and in writing.
• Keep student records, attendance, and enrollment information accurate and up to date.
• Handle day‑to‑day logistics, scheduling, and supplies so the building runs smoothly.
• Use school systems and software quickly and accurately, and process information fast.
• Support school leaders on operations projects and other responsibilities as needed.

• Fluent in Spanish and English; you will work directly with Spanish‑speaking families.
• Hyper‑organized, efficient, and productive, with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Comfortable with technology, and able to type and work quickly and accurately.
• Solid with everyday, high‑school‑level math.
• Evidence of hard work, reliability, and growing responsibility in past roles.
