Adjunct Faculty – Early Childhood Education (Fall 2026).
Location
:
Haverhill or Lawrence campuses.
Summary
:
Seeking instructors for ECE
271 practicum taught in Spanish, teaching in person at Lawrence one evening every other week, plus daytime practicum site visits and evaluations. Instructors will also join the adjunct faculty pool to teach various Early Childhood Education courses as needed, offered at campus, online, face‑to‑face, or hybrid formats.
Reports To
:
Dean of Business & Professional Studies.
- Teach assigned courses according to Academic Catalog description and departmental outcomes.
- Communicate fluently in Spanish (written and verbal) to instruct, engage, and support students.
- Adhere to NECC policies and MCCC contract requirements, including grading, deadlines, evaluation process, and syllabus requirements.
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a related discipline.
- Experience using technology in instruction and assessment.
- Community college teaching experience.
- Experience with online and hybrid teaching and experiential learning.
- Experience with Brightspace Learning Management System.
- Experience supporting a culturally diverse population.

Salary$1,512.00 to $1,826.00 per credit, per DCE step, per the DCE Contract. Non‑benefited.
