Part-time Violin Teacher (SY)
Community Day Charter Public School - Lawrence, MA
Salary Range $45.00 - $50.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Category K1 - 8 Public Education
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop policies and clear guidelines for participation in the Community Strings violin program.
- Communicate with the onsite Head of School and Director of Academics regarding all aspects of students' participation in the Community Strings program.
- Develop and maintain a positive environment and relationships with students as they learn to play the violin.
Job Type: Part-time
Qualifications:
- Experience working with elementary/middle school students
- Able to hold lessons on Wednesdays, 4-6 PM, (there is more flexibility for the other work days.)
- Knowledge of the Suzuki method preferred
