Sanitation Manager
Lawrence, MA| $28–$40/hour

We are looking for a hands‑on leader with experience in a food manufacturing environment who can oversee all sanitation activities while maintaining the highest food safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using a computer for daily reports and documentation, and have experience leading a team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and equipment
• Clean, sanitize, and disassemble/reassemble equipment per company procedures
• Follow and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Respond quickly to sanitation or contamination issues to minimize downtime
• Implement, monitor, and document sanitation goals and standards
• Address non‑conformities identified in quality programs
• Interview, onboard, train, and schedule sanitation team members
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a computer for daily reports and documentation
