design across a diverse mix of projects. As a core member of our expanding team, they directly
contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm. This position blends strong technical
expertise with confident project leadership and requires the ability to work independently while

maker, the Senior Engineer will anticipate challenges, solve problems, and guide the team while

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 5+ years (Senior Engineer I) or 8+ years (Senior Engineer II) of progressively responsible structural engineering experience.
- Proven track record of successful project leadership and client interaction.
- Knowledge of Excel, Revit, RISA analysis software (or equivalent).
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.

mode of communication for each situation. Translate technical concepts for diverse
audiences. - Mentorship: Be someone that the junior staff can rely on and learn from. Set clear
expectations, assign well defined tasks, and foster a culture of support, knowledge sharing,
and accountability. - Quality Assurance: Support peer QA/QC by providing constructive feedback, redline
markups, and ensuring compliance with the firm’s standards. - Management: Stay organized, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects at various
stages of design, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
