Position: Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Join our team as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing operations! You’ll collaborate with R&D, lead process improvements, and ensure seamless transitions of new products into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with R&D to ensure product designs meet manufacturing standards.
  • Provide DFM, DFA, DFR, and DFS recommendations.
  • Develop and validate manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement solutions.
  • Manage NPI projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to operators and technicians.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (8+ years of experience) or Master’s (6+ years).
  • Experience in electromechanical assembly and capital equipment manufacturing.
  • Strong background in BOM management and change control.
  • Expertise in Solid Works or similar CAD software.
  • Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO
    9000, and ISO
    13485 standards.

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Lean and Six Sigma experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
