Employee‑owned HDR is currently seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic, and technical leadership in our growing coastal engineering and restoration program.

Responsibilities- Perform analysis and design of coastal restoration projects, including marsh restoration and beach nourishment.
- Develop shoreline protection projects such as revetments and breakwaters.
- Plan navigation projects including dredging, marinas, and harbors.
- Create plans, specifications, and manage projects.
- Familiarity with wave growth and transformation, coastal and estuarine hydrodynamics, littoral processes, sediment transport, marine dredging.
- Basic knowledge of geotechnical or structural systems.
- Experience with design of coastal restoration and shoreline protection projects.
