Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional follow‑through and operational support to the Wealth Management team in servicing high‑net‑worth clients. The role has a direct impact on client experience and contributes to the success of the organization in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Essential Job Functions Include
  • Day‑to‑day operations and administrative support for one or more Wealth Advisors, including answering inbound calls and email requests, scheduling, and gathering client data for ongoing service processes.
  • Ensure all paperwork and procedures for client requests are completed and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal operations departments to fulfill client requests.
  • Manage client deposits and maintain data integrity across all systems.
  • Research client issues in cooperation with back‑office partners.
  • Perform onboarding of new clients, process transfer paperwork, and set up new accounts with custodians and Envestnet, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of related job experience in financial services.
  • Prior experience in an office environment with a customer‑service focus is helpful.
  • Notary designation is a plus; eligibility to pursue a CFP designation is required.
  • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Working Conditions

Professional office environment; daytime hours; work will be performed inside and may involve standing and sitting at a workstation.

Salary

Average annual salary range: $40,000 – $80,000. Base pay is based on location, experience, education, and other factors. The position may also earn incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive programs.
