Lead Enterprise Payments and Strategy Consultant

• Serve as subject matter expert for premium collection and customer refund payment capabilities.
• Advance enterprise payment strategy, governance, compliance, vendor partnerships, modernization initiatives, and payment-related risk management.
• Work closely with Treasury, Billing, Technology, Customer Experience, Digital, and Compliance functions.
• Provide strategic guidance and payment expertise to support business initiatives and improve payment capabilities.
• Ensure enterprise payment solutions align with evolving industry standards and customer expectations.
• Report to Senior Manager, Treasury.

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Extensive knowledge of the technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading projects or programs, including linking and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Solid business, financial and information technology acumen.
• Deep knowledge of ACH, card, check, and refund payment ecosystems.
• Experience developing payment strategy, governance frameworks, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of NACHA, card brand requirements, PCI, vendor oversight, and payment risk management.
• Experience managing payment vendors, processors, banking partners, and payment service providers.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills with the ability to translate payment complexities into business recommendations.

Expertise in payment strategy, governance, and compliance, with a strong focus on customer-driven solutions and risk management. Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage vendor relationships within the payment ecosystem.
