Glowbar is reinventing the facial with custom, 30-minute treatments led by expert estheticians. This role is for a licensed esthetician delivering the Glowbar facial within the 30-minute treatment time.

• Tip potential (recommended tip $15.00)
• $2.00 pay differential on Saturdays and Sundays

• Deliver the signature Glowbar facial within the 30-minute treatment time
• Provide tailored treatment plans and education to clients
• Inspire client confidence and encourage repeat visits and membership through results-driven service
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and collaborate with Studio Guides and Studio Managers to ensure a seamless experience
• Communicate clearly with clients about each step of the treatment and product recommendations for at-home care
• Adhere to time and attendance expectations and proactively cover shifts when needed
• Assist with front-of-house needs as required and support a positive studio environment

The Esthetician is a licensed professional responsible for delivering the signature Glowbar facial with a focus on consistency, quality, and customer education. Estheticians build client relationships, guide clients toward membership, and ensure client satisfaction with thoughtful product recommendations.

• Arrive before the start of each shift
• Positive, welcoming client interactions
• Provide a strict 30-minute Glowbar facial
• Manage product usage and communicate replenishment needs
• Provide each client with a treatment plan and suggested products
• Encourage clients to rebook and join the membership
• Clean the treatment room to sanitation standards before and after each client
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house as needed
• Learn the role of a Studio Guide and cover front desk during times of need
• Be a Glowbar ambassador in personality, presentation, and education

• Valid (temporary or permanent) Esthetics License
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician in a busy spa/salon
• Consistently achieves $1,000+ in monthly product sales
• Passion for hospitality, skincare, and client care
• Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, and varied weekday shifts
• Full-Time: 5 days open availability (including both weekend days)
• Part-Time: 3 days open availability (including one weekend day)
• Weekend Only:
  Saturday & Sunday availability every week
• Knowledge of salon/spa standards, policies, and procedures
• Forward-thinking problem solver with compassion for clients and teammates
• Enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and continuous learning

At Glowbar, our studios are active, client-focused environments. Here’s what you can expect physically in this role:

• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
• Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 15 pounds
• Climbing stairs during shift operations
• Being on your feet for the full duration of the shift (lengths vary)
• Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels
• Restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning
• Required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to support client demand
