MRI Clinical Applications Specialist – Northeast Region
As the MRI Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS), you will support the GE imaging applications team and deliver clinical and operational expertise through education and training for the MRI modality.
Essential Responsibilities- Coordinate, schedule, and deliver objective‑based system/feature MR training and education support for customers over an extended period, demonstrating the full range of product features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the commercial team in the assigned market to drive sales growth and business health, working closely with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue realization through on‑site or remote clinical education delivery and produce comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation from pre‑ through post‑training.
- Provide ongoing post‑installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and education consultant to the internal account community, providing clinical, technical, and professional guidance and communicating progress and issues to the GE HC team to improve the customer experience and account standing.
- Maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to management, field sales, marketing, customer loyalty leads, and technical support regarding technical and clinical issues or ways to improve product quality or offerings.
- Execute domain‑expertise responsibilities as outlined in the “Priorities” of an MR Clinical Applications Specialist.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years of technical/clinical experience with GE HC MR systems.
- ARRT or equivalent specific MRI modality certification.
- Must reside within the Northeast U.S. territory or be willing to relocate (MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, WV, or VA).
- Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
- Proficient with Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and able to navigate other computer and web‑based tools.
- Ability to learn specialized industry‑specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.
- Required to register with vendor credentialing services at customer hospitals.
- Required to travel extensively (80 %+ of the time, 4‑5 days per week with overnight stays and occasional weekends) across the territory; a company car will be provided.
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment.
- Ability to strategize with decision‑makers on workflow enhancements and improvements.
- Proactively manage customer issues, identify positive and negative outcomes, and communicate results to decision‑makers.
- Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing personnel and work environments.

Compensation includes an annual salary range of $98,560.00–$, potential performance‑based incentives, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, life, disability, accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. This U.S.‑only position does not sponsor employment visas.
