Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT).
Job Type: Fulltime.

About the team At Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts, a dedicated team of healthcare professionals collaborates to create personalized treatment plans. As a critical care hospital, we care for individuals with complex medical conditions requiring extended recovery in a hospital setting. We emphasize patient-centered care and family involvement throughout the recovery process. Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts holds The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Hospital Accreditation.

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.
• Communicate with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure continuity of care and progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Document all patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
• Prioritize patient-centered care to help patients achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills essential for success in this role.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience in a rehab setting preferred.

Hourly range: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour.
