The Spaulding Health Span Lab, directed by Dr. Daniel Daneshvar, and the Rehabilitation Outcomes Center at Spaulding is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support studies and clinical programs focused on brain and body health across the lifespan. The CRC will play a key role in PREDDICT, a next-generation clinical and research program at Spaulding Rehabilitation. Focused on predicting, preventing, and improving long-term health and wellness outcomes across high-risk populations, PREDDICT brings together precision rehabilitation medicine, neuroscience, data science, and digital health to redefine how injury and recovery are understood and treated to extend not only lifespan, but Health Span – the period of life spent in good health.

Rehabilitation settings treat people with life-changing injuries like brain injury, stroke, burns, spinal cord injury, and limb loss. PREDDICT will leverage electronic health records and machine learning techniques to infuse data-driven decision-making into care for people during a pivotal time in their lives. The program integrates clinical care, longitudinal research, advanced analytics, and system-level implementation to move beyond siloed studies and toward scalable, real-world impact.
The CRC will work on this data-driven research initiative by supporting cross-site collaboration, data coordination, and integration. The coordinator will also assist with participant recruitment, scheduling, data management, and integration of clinical and research workflows across active studies. The coordinator may also contribute to the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Brain and Body Program, a multidisciplinary clinical initiative providing comprehensive evaluations for retired professional athletes.
The CRC will work in a highly matrixed environment, facilitating collaboration between the Health Span Lab and the Rehabilitation Outcomes Center didates should have a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in clinical research or public health. Backgrounds in machine learning, neurology, or rehabilitation are preferred.

About the Rehabilitation Outcomes Center at Spaulding (ROCS):  The Rehabilitation Outcomes Center at Spaulding is a central hub for researchers, clinicians, and the broader rehabilitation community advancing data-powered care across the full rehabilitation journey—from hospital to home. ROCS offers robust infrastructure for collaboration among investigators, clinicians, and people with lived experience, supported by platforms such as podcasts and open scientific meetings.
