Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and make informed adjustments to intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with the BCBA, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency in behavior support.
• Provide direct one‑on‑one behavior therapy to individuals with autism.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
