Crossway Homecare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care in patients' homes in Lowell, Massachusetts. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and an hourly pay rate of $19.50 to $23.
The HHA reports to the Director of Clinical Services/Case Manager and works under RN supervision to assist with ADLs, maintain safety, document visits, and support the patient and family within MA guidelines.
