Bilingual HR Administrator

Location:

Lawrence, MA Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations at our Lawrence, MA location. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, HR compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures at the site level.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
  • Process payroll accurately and maintain payroll records.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to benefit-related questions.
  • Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and employee data.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and HR investigations as directed.
  • Support performance management and compensation programs.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain compliance-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and professional workplace culture.
  • Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience or related HR education.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment.
  • Experience working with diverse employee populations preferred.
