Bilingual HR Administrator
Location:
Lawrence, MA
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations at our Lawrence, MA location. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, HR compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures at the site level.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
- Process payroll accurately and maintain payroll records.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to benefit-related questions.
- Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and employee data.
- Assist with employee relations matters and HR investigations as directed.
- Support performance management and compensation programs.
- Generate HR reports and maintain compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
- Promote a positive, safe, and professional workplace culture.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience or related HR education.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment.
- Experience working with diverse employee populations preferred.
