Best of Care is looking for a Recruiting & Hiring Manager to own talent acquisition across all our divisions and regions. You'll lead the full recruiting lifecycle for caregivers, office staff, and per diem hires - working shoulder-to-shoulder with Coordinators to and department heads meet staffing needs with speed and care.
This is a role for someone who can move seamlessly between the tactical and the strategic - running high-volume requisitions one day, shaping long-term hiring strategy the next. You'll set the standard for how recruiting is done across Best of Care, bring fresh thinking to how we attract and retain great people, and play a direct role in our continued growth across the state.
Key Responsibilities Recruiting Strategy- Develop and evolve Best of Care's overall recruiting and hiring strategy - from interview approach to candidate engagement (getting applicants genuinely excited about BOC) to where and how much we invest in job postings - working alongside a thought team of BOC leaders
- Lead high-volume recruiting roles across all BOC offices and regions
- Recruit per diem staff (care managers, nursing) and administrative roles
- Partner directly with Coordinators to stay ahead of current and projected staffing needs
- Build sourcing strategies for harder-to-fill geographies, and work with regional directors on local outreach and job fairs - while keeping standards consistent company-wide
- Own a dedicated hiring pipeline for caregiver roles in BOC's partner communities
- Tailor sourcing and job postings to each community's culture and expectations
- Coordinate directly with community coordinators on staffing needs, fit, and timing
- Drive consistent applicant tracking and data entry in Axis Care and Augusta across all offices
- Track time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention rates - spot trends and act on them
- Coordinate new hire handoffs to HR Operations for a seamless onboarding experience
$80,000-$100,000+/year, including base salary and a monthly uncapped performance bonus tied to caregiver retention. The better your hires stick, the more you earn - full bonus structure details shared during the interview process.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting experience; high-volume caregiver or healthcare recruiting a strong plus
- A genuine enthusiasm for people, and a commitment to giving every candidate a respectful, high-quality experience
- Experience juggling multiple open requisitions across geographies and role types
- Familiarity with Axis Care, Augusta, or a comparable ATS strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
