Location: This is a hybrid position, working 2–3 days per week on-site at a school, ideally based in Boston, with travel to other US schools as the region grows.
Salary: $113k–$147k, dependent on experience.
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will serve as the key technology partner for a cluster of schools, ensuring reliable, high‑quality IT services that support teaching, learning, and operational excellence. You will take full ownership of IT service performance, leading school‑based technicians and maintaining strong service standards across multiple sites.
Acting as the bridge between schools and regional or Group technology teams, you will translate local needs into clear requirements, support the delivery of technology initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of shared platforms and ways of working. Through proactive service management, trusted relationships, and continuous improvement, you will help schools maximise the value of technology and introduce meaningful innovation.

You bring strong IT service management capability, leadership skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You have experience managing IT services across multiple sites, leading IT teams, resolving incidents, and driving service quality. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is essential, with ITSM or project management certifications an advantage. Most importantly, you have a continuous‑improvement mindset and a commitment to enhancing the technology experience for students, staff, and school leaders.

• 401(k) after 12 months’ service:
  School matches 3% of staff salary at 100%, and 4% and 5% at 50%.
