Principal Partner Transformation Architect

Overview

Pega’s Advanced Platform team is a part of our Specialist Solutions Consulting organization. This team acts as trusted advisors and technical strategists, driving discovery and solution design for emerging technologies while mentoring field teams and enabling best practices for successful adoption. We influence product direction through continuous feedback loops with Product Management and Engineering, ensuring innovations align with client needs and market differentiation.

By collaborating closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, we execute strategic programs that accelerate adoption, deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concept engagements, and empower sales and consulting teams to win with high-impact, value-driven solutions.

We are focused on transforming enterprises with AI-first platforms, partnering with executives to architect and evangelize how Pega can reshape complex scenarios and modern architectures. The work is hands-on, involving immersive workshops and hackathons to drive real behavioral change and equip partners to adopt and champion AI-powered delivery.

Architect & Build

• Prototype, design, and implement partner-powered Blueprints, reference architectures, and repeatable technical assets
• Lead end-to-end solution flows—from initial concept through experiential test drives—on high-impact opportunities; publish patterns, demo narratives, and accelerators
• Develop integration playbooks and guide partners in launching innovative offers (e.g., AWS Marketplace) and reusable technology assets that drive scalable transformation
• Champion the operationalization of AI by architecting practical, scalable solutions that embed AI into real-world workflows
• Apply deep expertise in enterprise technology and solution architecture to engineer transformative outcomes, differentiating solutions through innovative capabilities
• Lead deep-dives, hands-on workshops, and hackathons to immerse partner teams in the latest innovations
• Address technology objections with authority and demonstrate practical solutions
• Evangelize with executive presence and act as a CTO-level advisor to partner leaders, delivering compelling demos and proof-of-concept solutions

• Accomplished technology evangelist and solution architect with executive presence and hands-on expertise to drive complex enterprise transformations
• Expert in AI-first solution architecture with Global System Integrator experience; advises on enterprise technology strategy
• Proven experience in partner delivery, guiding modernization and autonomous solutioning across industries
• Thrives in strategic discussions with CTOs and executives and in hands-on technical work
• Familiar with hyperscaler AI/ML services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI) and capable of architecting cloud-native solutions and driving joint co-sell motions
• Ability to articulate and differentiate solutions in a competitive landscape
• Curious and innovative, always seeking new ways to do things

Base salary range for this role is 167, USD annually. This role may be eligible for annual bonus or commission, benefits, and other incentives. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on education, experience, skills, and market conditions.
