Contract Project Manager – Clinical Development

6-Month Contract | Remote | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Contract Project Manager to support increased workload across clinical development functions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning and execution across clinical programs
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate and communicate across multiple teams and work streams
• Manage shifting priorities and support fast-moving initiatives

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in project management within drug or device development
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex timelines
• Flexible and comfortable working across multiple departments
• Cardiovascular experience highly preferred.

Preferred Qualities:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Tech-savvy and able to manage digital project tools and timelines
• Adaptable and solution-focused

Details:

• 40 hours per week
• 6-month contract
• Fully remote
• Minimal travel (1–2 times per year)
