Director of Analytics

A category‑leading, customer‑centric company undergoing major enterprise transformation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Analytics to build and elevate an enterprise-wide analytics capability. This role sits at the heart of strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders across Operations, Consumer Insights, Marketing, and Digital to drive measurable business impact.

• Own the enterprise analytics function and manage/grow a high‑performing team of 2 analysts
• Design & execute analytics strategies tied to revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational performance
• Build enterprise dashboards, KPI frameworks, and decision‑support tools
• Partner cross‑functionally as the go‑to analytics expert
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or R, and Google Analytics
• Translate complex data into compelling, business-ready insights for senior leadership

• 10+ years in enterprise or business analytics (this is not a data science/ML role)
• Proven success leading large-scale analytics initiatives with clear business outcomes
• Strong technical grounding across BI, reporting, and digital analytics
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & senior-level influence
• Experience leading small, high-performing analytics teams

• High visibility: reports into the VP, Enterprise Transformation
• Direct influence on enterprise strategic decisions
• Part of a company investing heavily in data, insights, and digital performance
• Compensation: $180k–$225k base + 20% bonus + long‑term incentive (20% annually starting Year
  3)
