Implementation Consultant

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

• Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for implementations, owning communication, expectations, and overall client confidence.
• Provide clear, consistent updates on project progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customer teams by demonstrating a consultative mindset and deep understanding of their business goals.

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Maintain all project artifacts, including schedules, agendas, issue logs, configuration documentation, and status reports.
• Manage timelines and dependencies while balancing multiple concurrent projects.

• Configure the platform using best practices to meet client requirements, including CSS and JavaScript customization and REST API integrations.
• Partner closely with technical consultants and engineering teams on more complex technical requirements, gaining exposure to the core platform.
• Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement.

• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, business-focused terms.
• Experience working with REST APIs and familiarity with CSS and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently, especially in cross-timezone environments.
• Experience using project management tools such as Smart Sheets, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
• A consultative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• An interest in software, technology, and understanding how systems work under the hood.
• Technical education or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
