Solution Architect

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare company to find a talented Solution Architect for their CPCC Program. This role offers the opportunity to design and maintain scalable application architectures within a dynamic organization. The position is remote out of region and involves guiding cross‑functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions.

• Develop and execute architectural strategies that align with project goals and organizational standards.
• Lead efforts to design, review, and optimize application solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including data engineers, business analysts, and IT professionals to understand needs and deliver effective architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve application performance and integrate new solutions.
• Oversee architecture review processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system robustness and modernization initiatives.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements such as response times, SLAs, and real‑time processing.
• Extensive experience with interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
• At least 5 years of full‑stack development experience.

• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, microservices, REST API design, and Dev Ops tools including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, Spring Boot, front‑end frameworks like Angular or JavaScript, and AI/ML technologies including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Experience with interoperability enterprise solutions.
• Certifications or experience with cloud platforms like Salesforce, GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Involvement in large‑scale migration projects from legacy to modern assets.
