As AVP Digital Growth & Performance, you will lead the bank's digital marketing efforts across the website, paid media, and conversion strategy, with a clear focus on member acquisition, deposit growth, and lending support.

In this role, you will own digital performance initiatives, ensuring all efforts are aligned to business priorities, continuously optimized, and measured against clear business outcomes. Acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership and the primary liaison to Bright Bridge's digital agency, you will translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)
  • Lead digital marketing efforts that support member acquisition, deposit growth, and lending initiatives, aligning campaigns to enterprise priorities and product focus areas.
  • Manage the website as a conversion tool, identifying opportunities to improve digital journeys across applications, account openings, and appointment requests.
  • Partner with internal teams to recommend and support enhancements that improve user experience and business results.
  • Monitor user behavior, conversion trends, and performance data to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across channels.
  • Allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI, continuously evaluating performance and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Establish a structured approach to A/B testing and ongoing optimization across landing pages, campaigns, and user journeys.
  • Use data to inform decisions, refine strategy, and improve conversion rates over time.
  • Define clear performance metrics tied to business outcomes and monitor digital performance regularly.
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting on digital performance to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Bright Bridge’s digital agency, directing efforts and holding them accountable for performance, timelines, and results.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, developing, promoting, compensating, and disciplining subordinates within HR policies and approved budget guidelines.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For (Your Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and external partners.
  • Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics
    4).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
