Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics services to the business, delivering insights to support decision making.
• Lead analytics efforts across business programs, including AI/ML initiatives and operational improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver analyses, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Develop dashboards to track business outcomes and operational performance.
• Establish analytics best practices and mentor analysts.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to drive measurable business value.
• Work 10 days per month from the office.

• Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support or service.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis or data modeling or data mining.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing software tools to query and report data.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
• Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting complex and independent concepts and unbiased fact‑based decision‑making and financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex data sets for wide‑spread use.
• Lead end‑to‑end analytics and experimentation for AI/ML programs.
