Triton Technologies is a managed IT services provider, and we are hiring a Tier 2 IT Support Technician based in Lawrence, MA. You will take ownership of escalated tickets, work hands-on across business networks, and document your fixes so problems stay fixed.
This is a full-time W-2 position with Triton Technologies. Depending on fit and client need, you may be assigned to support one of our managed clients on-site in the Lawrence area, with the potential to transition into a direct, long-term role with that client over time. We will be upfront with you about the arrangement before any interview.
What you will do- Take escalated tickets from Tier 1, troubleshoot to root cause, and own them through resolution
- Administer Windows 10/11 and Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune basics) across client tenants
- Troubleshoot networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and firewall basics
- Work daily in our PSA and RMM tools (Connect Wise) and keep documentation current
- Set up and deploy workstations, manage backups, and write clear SOPs
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP or multi-client experience strongly preferred)
- Solid working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Networking fundamentals and comfort troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Experience with remote support and ticketing / RMM tools
- CompTIA A+ (Network+ or Security+ a plus) (recommended, not required)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in the Lawrence area
- Power Shell scripting and automation
- Experience with firewalls / EDR platform

Pay: $54,577.52 - $65,727.76 per year
