As our Order Maintenance Specialist
, you'll work across Production, Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Shipping to help keep customer orders moving. You'll investigate delays, coordinate solutions, follow up on open issues, and make sure products leave our facility accurately and on time. As you grow in the role, you'll also become involved in researching customer returns (RMAs), helping identify root causes, and working with multiple departments to improve our products and processes.

If you enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and seeing projects through to completion, you'll fit right in.

You'll become the person people call when an order gets stuck. You'll monitor customer orders, remove roadblocks, coordinate with Production, Quality, Materials, Customer Service, and Shipping, and keep everyone informed of changing priorities. You'll verify documentation, support quality investigations, help coordinate engineering changes and order revisions, maintain reports, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Over time, you'll also research customer returns (RMAs), investigate what happened, work with internal teams to identify root causes, and help ensure issues don't happen again.

You're naturally curious and organized. You don't stop when you hear, "I don't know." Instead, you start asking questions until you find the answer. You enjoy working with people across different departments, are comfortable using Excel and ERP systems, and can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but your ability to communicate, follow through, and solve problems is what will make you successful.

Experience with quality systems, work orders, inventory, or customer returns is a bonus—but we're willing to teach someone who's eager to learn.

Salary Range: $24.00 – $ 30.00 per hour. Plus Bonus.

The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs.
