Bilingual Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

Greater Lawrence Community Action Council is seeking an Outreach Specialist to promote and recruit participants for Mass Hire Merrimack Valley's training programs. The role requires a strong ability to work with diverse communities and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include outreach activities, maintaining partnerships, and supporting enrollees. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, three years of relevant experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

The position requires occasional travel and may involve evening and weekend work.
