Speech Language Pathologist in Lawrence, MA

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Experience with K-12 students (your caseload may vary by background)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Support students from multilingual backgrounds, utilizing bilingual skills where possible
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt assessment and intervention strategies for cultural and linguistic diversity

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
