Operations Supervisor – Lottery Courier

As an Operations Supervisor at Draft Kings, you will lead the fulfillment center team at the heart of our innovative lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You’ll oversee daily lottery courier operations, ensuring smooth and timely ticket order processing to meet production goals.

• Manage fulfillment center operations to hit production targets and respond to changing business demands.
• Serve as Manager‑on‑Duty, managing shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages.
• Accurately and promptly handle the redemption of high‑value lottery tickets.
• Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed.

• Availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to promoting safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, ability to promote a positive work environment.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments and familiarity with common software including Microsoft Excel.
• Self‑starter mentality and sharp attention to detail with ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.
• Leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
• Physical capability to stand and walk frequently, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

US hourly rate: 23.08

USD – 28.85

USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
