Manager, Redeployment Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and decision-support capabilities for the allocation and redeployment of global orthopedic assets
• Develop analytical models and prioritization frameworks for redeployment supply
• Partner with commercial and supply chain teams to optimize revenue enablement and capital efficiency
• Own S&OE sub-process for redeployment prioritization and allocation decisions
• Develop scalable analytical tools and AI-enabled capabilities for redeployment planning

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technical, or Operations subject areas preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management
• Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics and implement data-driven changes
• Experience developing analytical models, scenario planning tools, optimization frameworks, and executive-level reporting
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, planning, and/or asset deployment processes
• Experience with data visualization and analytical platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
• English required; additional languages are a plus
