Role
Summary:
This client is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Operations to build and lead the function during an exciting period of growth. As the VP/SVP, you will:
- Lead global Clinical Operations strategy
- Launch and execute a global Phase 3 study, from CRO selection through first patient in.
- Build and scale the Clinical Operations organization as the pipeline advances.
- Join a collaborative executive team that values humility, transparency, and strong decision-making over hierarchy.
Requirements:
- Previous VP of Clinical Operations experience
- Deep experience leading global pivotal Phase 3 trials
- Experience in outpatient clinical trials and patient recruitment strategies
- Strong CRO oversight, inspection readiness, and quality mindset
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth biotech environments
