All In Energy is a nonprofit organization advancing racial and economic justice while addressing climate change. We connect communities of color, non-English speakers, and renters to energy-saving programs and affordable renewable energy, partnering with cities, local community organizations, and clean energy companies to expand access to clean energy jobs.
The Renew Program, supported by the Merrimack Valley Renewal Fund, integrates with the Mass Save program to provide support for clean energy and energy efficiency upgrades for the Merrimack Valley communities affected by the 2018 gas explosions. This role requires the ability to lead cross-team strategies and project execution with limited supervision.
The Senior Project Manager position is responsible for the successful execution and oversight of the Merrimack Valley Renew Program (Renew). This role is critical to ensure the program’s success, impact, and alignment with goals set by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER). It involves managing a large, complex project portfolio, making strategic decisions for the scope of work, coordinating with external and internal teams, and managing the project budget.
Daily responsibilities include interacting with program partners, evaluating progress, leading problem-solving efforts, and preparing coordination meetings.
- Program & Project Leadership: assume the overall program management leadership for Renew; provide strategic oversight; lead the execution and success of Renew; ensure alignment with community needs and the DOER contract; maintain and distribute program manuals and documents; translate new materials into Spanish; convene and facilitate periodic meetings with internal teams and partners.
- External Partnership & Funder Liaison: serve as the primary liaison with the funder (DOER) and coalition partners; coordinate with other project managers to ensure organizational cohesion; recruit 3–5 Mass Save Home Performance Contractors; facilitate approval of customer-facing materials; represent the program in public forums.
- Reporting and Invoicing: coordinate with Finance to deliver monthly invoices; manage funds and invoicing for contractors; coordinate with Communications and Data teams to manage the program's microsite (renewmv.org) and intake forms; ensure Salesforce data accuracy for customers served by HPCs and partners; oversee weekly production updates and DOER reports; review program performance and coordinate with the Customer Action Manager to drive improvements.
- Customer & Contractor Engagement: support Customer Action Manager; provide translation/interpretation and local presence in Lawrence; ensure high-quality wraparound customer support, income-qualification assistance, streamlined intake and follow-up; assist HPCs in explaining technologies and encouraging upgrades.
- Experience working with low-income, majority-minority, and/or Spanish-speaking immigrant populations.
- 3–5 years of project/program management experience with goal-setting, strategic planning, performance analysis, and accountability.
- Experience managing complex external stakeholder or inter-organization projects.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions for the scope of work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep tasks, records, and systems organized.
- Creative problem-solving ability to overcome obstacles.

Preferred Qualifications- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) to support community engagement and intake.

- Experience in people management, coalition facilitation, and communication.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
