We are a leading player in the manufacturing industry, seeking a seasoned and licensed Boiler Operator to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to our high-quality production process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in operating and maintaining boiler systems, with a particular focus on chillers, BPV, feedwater, and surge systems.

You will be a critical part of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our boiler systems, contributing to the efficiency, safety, and productivity of our manufacturing process.

• Operating and maintaining boiler systems to meet production needs and to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations.
• Monitoring boiler operations, adjusting settings as necessary to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Conducting regular inspections of boilers and associated equipment to identify and rectify any issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
• Managing and controlling the use of chillers, BPV, feedwater, and surge systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise, minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.
• Documenting all boiler operations and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records are kept for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and to achieve production targets.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to keep up-to-date with industry developments and to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Boiler Operator in the manufacturing industry, with proven experience in operating and maintaining boiler systems.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with chillers, BPV, feedwater, and surge systems.
• A valid boiler operator license or certification as a class 1 or 2 fireman or class 3 engineer.
• Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of boiler operations and maintenance procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all operations are carried out accurately and safely.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and to communicate effectively with other departments.
• A strong commitment to safety, ensuring all operations are carried out in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• The ability to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet production schedules and deadlines.
