Machine Operation:
Set up, calibrate, and operate light machinery according to production blueprints, schematics, or supervisor instructions.;
Material Feeding:
Load raw materials or parts into the machines and carefully monitor the production process to ensure smooth operation.;
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products visually or using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet strict company quality standards.;
Troubleshooting:
Identify minor mechanical issues or defects in real-time and perform basic adjustments; report larger malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors immediately.;
Routine Maintenance:
Perform basic, daily preventative maintenance, such as cleaning, oiling, and clearing debris from machines.
